Terms of Use

Limitation of SEO Services:

1) SEO services is performed on a monthly basis and a recurring credit card & debit card payment profile will be created for the client by the seller.

2) Setup fees are due up front and future recurring invoices will be due 30 days after the first billing cycle.

3) Services are rendered and results are measured using Google Analytics during phone calls with the client.

Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall be effective as of the time frame Customer signs up for SEO Services.

1) This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other, if the other party breaches any material obligation provided hereunder and the breaching party fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice.

2) Reputation Management services are provided by the seller which in actuality is a set of 10 or 20 SEO projects aimed towards occupying the first and/or second page of Google with web assets that are regulated or owned by the client.

Search Engines

Elected search engine submissions include:

1) Google
2) Yahoo
3) Bing
4) AOL
5) Ask

Services:

1) Attached to the email which contains a credit Card authorization form, a cost calculator tool may be provided to the client which is intended to provide the client with a better understanding of all services being rendered.

2) If Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages except that Seller shall retain the responsibility and liability for providing the Advertising services.

Disabling Devices:

Any content on the SEO website, he/she should refrain from uploading any postings or pages which contain any viruses or other unwanted error or destructive devices
